Do I need a Canva Pro account to use your templates?

No! All of my templates work with a free Canva account. You don’t need to upgrade or pay for any premium features to customize them.

I’ve never used Canva before. Will I be able to use it?

Yes! I include a detailed Canva Editing Guide with every purchase to help you step by step. If you’re unsure, you can download our free practice template above before making a purchase.

What size are your templates, and can I print them at home?

Most templates are designed for 8.5 x 11″ (US Letter) or 11 x 8.5″ and are print-ready. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or with an online service.

I accidentally bought the wrong template. Can I exchange it or get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. However, I’m happy to help you get the right template or walk you through using the one you have.

How long will I have access to the template?

Your Canva template link does not expire, so you can return to it and edit anytime — even months or years later!

Can I change the fonts, colors, or layout of the template?

Yes! Everything in the template is fully editable in Canva. You can change the fonts, colors, background, text size, and even rearrange or duplicate sections to fit your family’s story and style.
