Do I need a paid Canva account to use your templates?

After purchase, you’ll receive an instant download that includes a PDF with a link to your Canva template and, when applicable, a bonus editing guide. No physical items will be shipped.

Can I edit the templates on my phone or tablet?

Yes, but we recommend using a desktop or laptop for easier customization. The Canva mobile app works, but it’s more limited than the desktop version.

How do I access my files after purchase?

If you’re shopping on:

Etsy: Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews, then click Download Files
Your Website: A download link will appear on the confirmation page and be sent to your email

Can I change fonts, colors, and layout?

Yes! All text, images, and colors in our Canva templates are fully customizable. You can also add or delete pages to suit your project.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
