Digital Product Refund Policy

All products in our shop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

As stated in our product listings, all sales are final due to the instant access provided to digital content. Once a file is downloaded or accessed via a Canva template link, it cannot be “returned,” so we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
