By using this site or purchasing any product from Genealogy By Design, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or products.

2. Digital Products Only

Genealogy By Design sells only digital products that are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link. Please note: We do not ship physical items.

3. Licensing & Personal Use

Our templates and files are provided strictly for personal use.
You may:

Customize and use the files for your personal or family history projects.
Print templates for your records, scrapbooks, or gifts.

You may not:

Sell, share, or redistribute any templates or designs, even if altered.
Use any files for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Claim any part of the design as your own.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, we consider all sales final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Therefore, please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Access and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your purchased files. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your customized templates to avoid loss.

6. Template Modifications

You’re encouraged to edit and personalize your templates. However, redistributing or reselling is not allowed. You may not redistribute or resell any files, whether modified or not.

7. Limitation of Liability

Genealogy By Design is not responsible for:

Any loss resulting from misuse or editing errors
Platform issues related to Canva or its tools
Printing variations may occur. Your printer and paper may affect printing results.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, continued use of our website or products confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.
